Last week, our co-admin Ashley (@ashleygirl10) had the incredible opportunity of flying to Chicago to visit the set of Divergent! She was not only able to visit the incredible sets and meet our amazing cast, but she also got to meet some fellow Divergent bloggers and visit some key locations from the book! Live in the Chicago area and think you have a Candor, Erudite, or Abnegation look? Barbizon Midwest has released the following, asking specifically for individuals that fit the criteria for the three factions.
Divergent is looking for Males/Females, Ages 16 to 24 to play TEENS, all ethnicities. Rate: $115.50 for 12 hours
If you have more of a rural look, an altar boy, etc, appearance: Subject Line: Abnegation
You should be available for a costume fitting in Chicago on Friday, May 17th. Time are from 8:30am (on the half hour) until 5:00pm.
The Dauntless are coming, the Dauntless are coming! Earlier today (May 18) a very lucky tourist named Pat O’Brien in Chicago captured video of what appears to be Dauntless members running through the streets of Chicago! We’re a little giddy watching them climb up the pillars to the train tracks above. Preparing to jump on a train perhaps?

Ansel Elgort’s recent casting as the beloved Augustus “Gus” Waters in John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars has gotten many fans talking. Sure, it’s a little odd that Ansel is currently playing Shailene’s brother in Divergent but these two are fantastic actors who are very professional. That being said, Shailene Woodley recently talked with Entertainment Weekly and it seems she having fun with Ansel on set about their upcoming roles.
“I keep joking with Ansel about it,” Shailene tells EW with a laugh....
